QuickStar Phone Guard version 1.0  for Win3.1 is a compact size Windows program which acts like a smart automatic telephone answer machine.  It will prompt the caller to leave  voice messages, and then it will dial out to reach the master and play the voice messages upon security clearance.

 The user can change almost every setting, including the forward phone number and the password, from a remote location, and check messages, by dialing in. The user can also change the following settings:

*Number of rings before PhoneGuard will answer.
*Time delay before PhoneGuard tries to reach you when a new message arrives.
*Security code between 3 and 15 digits, which can be changed remotely.

PhoneGuard supports multiple modem types. Modem and Com port setup instructions are included. PhoneGuard also contains it's own sound wave library.
